Welcome to Athlix! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Athlix.com and related services. By using Athlix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About Athlix

Athlix provides an online platform where clients can find and connect with personal trainers, and trainers can manage their clients, scheduling, payments, messaging, and workout plans. Athlix facilitates these connections but does not provide personal training services itself.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

2.1 Clients

• Must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

• Agree to maintain professional and respectful interactions with trainers.

• Responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in training and should consult a doctor before beginning any fitness program.

2.2 Trainers

• Must be certified in personal training (experience is not required).

• Must provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles.

• Responsible for carrying their own liability insurance for training sessions.

Athlix reserves the right to suspend or ban users who violate these terms.

3. Payments & Fees

• Athlix offers an integrated payment system for clients to pay trainers.

• Trainers and clients may also handle payments outside of Athlix if they choose.

• Athlix does not currently charge any fees, but may introduce fees in the future. Users will be notified in advance.

4. Trainer & Client Responsibilities

• Trainers and clients are responsible for negotiating their own training terms (session times, pricing, cancellation policies, etc.).

• Athlix is not responsible for no-shows, cancellations, refunds, or disagreements between trainers and clients.

• Code of Conduct: All users must act professionally, refrain from harassment, and avoid off-platform solicitation that violates fair use.

5. Disputes Between Trainers & Clients

• Athlix does not mediate disputes between trainers and clients.

• Clients and trainers must resolve disputes directly.

• If necessary, Athlix may step in but is not obligated to intervene.

6. Liability Disclaimer (“We Are Not Liable For…”)

Athlix is a technology platform that connects users but does not assume liability for training sessions, injuries, or any outcomes related to personal training. By using Athlix, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Athlix does not provide personal training services—trainers operate independently.

• Athlix is not liable for any injuries, health conditions, or accidents resulting from training sessions.

• Athlix is not responsible for disputes, cancellations, or refunds—these are managed between trainers and clients.

• Athlix does not vet, verify, or background-check trainers—users must conduct their own due diligence.

• Athlix makes no guarantees about training effectiveness, results, or user compatibility.

By using Athlix, you release Athlix from all liability related to your interactions, agreements, and experiences on the platform.

7. Content & Privacy

• Trainers own the content (videos, photos, descriptions) they upload.

• By using Athlix, trainers grant Athlix permission to use their content for marketing purposes.

• Athlix complies with privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA) and protects user data.

• Users may delete their accounts at any time, and their data will be permanently removed.

8. Account Termination

Athlix reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who:

• Violates these Terms or engages in unprofessional conduct.

• Provides false information.

• Uses the platform for illegal or harmful activities.

Users may request account deletion at any time, and all associated data will be removed.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Nevada.

• Any disputes must first go through binding arbitration before legal action is considered.
